How to run with good technique? In this workshop physiotherapist & trainer Koen Willems is showing you the basic tips & tricks on the running technique like good posture and easy breathing. The goal is to run easier to save energy and prevent injuries. The workshop is suitable for beginners and more experienced runners and it will be given outside (the meeting point is the stand of Physiotherapy Barcelona and Running Barcelona).
This networking session will be hosted by Josie Pont (Female Changemakers) who after an introduction about the premises and challenges of female entrepreneurship will lead a dynamic setting of questions to foster the meeting of expat women and further discussion of the pros and cons of women entrepreneurship in the Barcelona ecosystem.
